The first thing that goes with the resort is the location, the beauty in and around is just mesmerizing. Wonderful place to stay with all the facilities available. Great ambience, excellent behaviour of the staffs and service. Leaves no place for irritation. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities, very comfortable beds. The food is just mouth watering.

Very serene and peaceful surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were neat and clean too. Food is sumptuous and delicious. Wide buffet range for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try for a weekend stay.

Place is good for office gathering. With family one can be getting bored. No such activity. Swimming pool is also like big bath tub...Basically it's private villas and available on rent. Food is very poor be it B/F, Lunch or dinner. So called room service in club house is very pathetic. So, my advise is don't spend your own money.... For photography lover, may get a chance to click something but you need to walk villa to villa and advisable to take permission of house owner (if available) before taking pic of their garden.

I was planning to stay at this hotel for a conference which was taking place there. For various reasons described below, I ended up going to another hotel. However, I hope my review will be useful and will supplement the existing reviews. I arrived at this hotel with a colleague at about 0700, having arrived after a 9 hour flight from the UK. There was nobody there apart from security people. However, they seemed to know where we were supposed to go and they took us to a villa which had four separate bedrooms, plus a lounge and kitchen area. We were surprised by this as we had both separately booked rooms, not a villa. What appears to have happened is that, with the permission of the hotel, the conference organisers overruled any customer reservations and arranged their own room plans. However, the rooms in the villa were unsatisfactory. No in-room safe, no safe deposit boxes at reception, reception is not staffed 24 hours, though there are security people who might be able to help but strictly limited in scope, one of us had no TV in the room (just bare wires), there was no wifi. Wifi was available in the main hotel building only. There was nobody there to complain to until after 0900. We complained about not getting the rooms reserved, showing our reservations. This had no effect, all the rooms in the main hotel were booked. We said we would have to go elsewhere. After much delay, which we couldn't understand, they suddenly announced they did have two rooms n the main building for us. Although still unsatisfactory, we thought they would have to do. However, just when we were about to sign on the dotted line, an innocent comment about having a beer with lunch there revealed the hotel is dry! No licence. Although they could get beer, etc and take it to a room, it was not possible to have any with a meal. This was the last straw and we checked out to the Novotel at Hyderabad airport. The whole process took 4.5 hours and was the last thing we wanted after the long flight. Nevertheless, we attended the conference at the Mak hotel. This went ok but we were 100% satisfied we made the right decision. I tried several times to use the wifi during the conference and found it slow. However, although I would not recommend staying at the hotel, it was good for being in a secure location. There was plenty of space for a conference. This one was 200+ and the main lectures took place under a marque outside, on part of the golf course.
